The event is free of charge and sponsored by Harrell's. Attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodations. Group rates at the Conrad can be found below:

Resort Fee: $20/night
Mandatory Porterage Fee: $12/person (includes both check-in and check-out)
Occupancy Tax: 12.5%

Reservation Cancellation Policy: 5 days prior

Pre/Post: Discounted room rate available to attendees (3) days before and (3) days after event dates, based on availability.

Breakfast and lunch are included on day one. Breakfast is included on day two.
